Dear Harb

Sat Siri Akal and thank you.

Well the only explanation I have Harb is that blogging is very new to South Asia. Strangely as many I know will laud us through e-mails they seem to be reluctant to comment. The other fact being that we are but three weeks old.

Having said that all is a it should be I am sure. As we all become acquainted and snug as a family of fellow -thinkers our joint energy shall push the site into larger realms I am sure. And for that your blessings and good wishes are valuable

A very Happy New Year and lakh khushiyan pathshaiyan for you and your family.

Lol, Jasjit, alright, yet I had only contributors in mind. Perhaps all are too busy...

Anyway, thank you and the same to you and yours...

Listening to Gurbani tuks from you I am seing a picture of you in which first it was imposed on you against your wishes against which you had to vage a long revolt only to finally find that all of it is in your own self. It is the way of the One, of Nature, of Nature's evolutionary scheme of things.

In writing this I am reminded of Amrita Pritam. When she was a girl of about 11 she went to her father's 'sacred' room in which he used to keep holy books perhaps to translate them or something. She just forgot to put her chunni on her head and for that her father gave her a tight slap. She felt so enaraged that she muttered...."You have slappd me for these books! I can write such books myself..."

Later she came to realize the essence of those books though used different words to convey it in her writings.

And not to forget yes, Dovein hath jor ke Sat Sri Akal back to you.

Good morning Aachi

Happy New Year. What a wonderful way to welcome in the new year. I saw your site recently Aachi, what a talented artist you are. Loved all of your paintings. I do hope you keep updating your site with new ones. We also had a terrible problem with the net yesterday and could hardly get on. Hopefully today will be a better day for connectivity!

Sundar,

'Enriching aloneness'...what a wonderful word. You obviously had the best beginning to the year.

Hello Anusheh, Aachi, Sunder...

I think most of us were in our rooms in what sunder so beautifully called "enriching aloneness." Or what I may say in our full-fledged BEING.

And it was perhaps because deeper we go into ourselves or even into things in general more cut off we become from the society/things outside. We really dont feel like going outside. And indeed, why would we? As some wise man said...thirsty goes to water, water does not go to the thristy...perhaps we are nearing becoming rather water ourselves...

Dearest Blog friends,
Wishing you a very happy 2006. Thank you for all the insightful comments, posts and feedback. I'm really enjoying being a part of this blog. Thanks for taking time to read, listen and share.

Aachi

I dont have any pictures unfortunately. But I am trying to take some. I had done a series of Osho signatures. It was all quite fortuitous. But I'll tell you more about that later. Whenever I get the pix I shall send them across to you. Thanks for the interest.
